Andrew was born and raised in Edmonton, AB. He completed his Pharmacy studies at the University of Alberta; and, it was during that time that he fell in love with the Drumheller Valley while working at Riverside Pharmacy as a student. Upon graduation Andrew began his Pharmacist journey working on-site in Supportive Living and Long-term Care residences in Edmonton. Soon after, an opportunity arose to move to Drumheller and the rest is history.

As a pharmacist Andrew believes that we should know which medications we are on and more importantly why we are on them; Therefore, Andrew is always ready and excited to talk with you about your medications. Andrew has a special interest in Diabetes, as a Type 1 diabetic himself, and is passionate about the different technologies developed for diabetes management. When not at the pharmacy, Andrew enjoys spending time with his cats, working on various automotive projects, learning a musical instrument or enjoying a video game or two.

His controversial opinion is that Vanilla is the finest of flavors.
