Walk-In Clinic

Walk-in appointments are for ONE concern only and are not to address multiple issues or chronic conditions. For your chronic medical conditions, please book an appointment with YOUR family physician clinic. 

Our walk-ins are seen between our booked patient and we are fully booked every day. If you are here as a walk-in, you are added to the list and fit into the first providers schedule. As a result, you could be waiting minutes to a few hours to be seen. Staff are unable to guarantee wait times for walk-in vists. 

Please also note that it is NOT a first come first served walk-in. Meaning, just because you were here first, doesn’t mean you are seen first as providers base who they see next from the walk-in list on the completeness of the tablet form you are required to complete when you check-in. If you are vague or untruthful on the forms, your wait WILL be longer, and if you refuse to complete the form, you will not be seen at all. 

We DO NOT complete forms in walk-in (this does not apply to sick notes or WCB  not requiring any additional forms to be completed) Any urgent forms requests will be subject to cost, IF the provider is able to complete the form. 

We will NOT refill any opioids or any Drugs with Potential Misuse or Diversion (DPMDs)  during walk-in. 

Walk-in is closed from 11:30 -1:00pm for our staff to have their breaks. If you come late in the morning and are not seen before noon, you may be seen after 1pm.

If you are verbally and physically abusive to our staff, you will be asked to leave and never return. This includes any comments made on social media. Should the need arise, we will call the RCMP.

If you are unable to follow any of these rules please seek care elsewhere.
