About Caregiver Burnout

Caregiver burnout is severe physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion from prolonged caregiving stress, leading to feelings of being overwhelmed, hopeless, resentful, anxious, and physically drained, often resulting from neglecting personal needs while trying to do too much. It’s more than just tiredness; it’s a breakdown from constant demands, affecting a caregiver’s health and ability to provide quality care, but can be managed with self-care, seeking support, and accepting help.
